Finding Employees

Finding Good Employees

This post is about finding reliable people who will love the work you give them. It is some kind of inverse or dual to the problem of finding a good employer to work for. Though in these days many people do hold down two or more jobs, most have only one employer, while most employers have more than one employee.

To find a good employer a person is attempting to join a tree structure, where some links may be supervisors, and the root of the tree is the ultimate employer. To find good employees is to build that structure from the root down, or to expand it with new people.

Most of the content intended for this post will appear in newer posts, but you might like to visit our page on that inverse, dual, or adjoint problem (whichever it is) of finding a good job.

The CASA Proposal also contains information on this topic.
